Q: How much are shipping costs? What about for international shipping?
A: Shipping is a flat $5.00 for all purchases. This includes international shipping as well.
Q: How are product ratings determined?
A: In order to keep our site simple and clean, we do not overload our shopping pages with reviews and rankings from our customers. In order to submit a review, please email us at email@example.com with the product you've purchased, your rating (out of 5 stars) and a written review that we will use for our own quality improvement process. Product ratings are constantly updated accordingly based on submitted reviews as they come in. Note that products that only differ in color have the same ranking.
Q: I don't see a particular product or color that I want?
A: Let us know if you had something else in mind, or wanted a product in a different color. We do not list all inventory in order to keep our website clean and organized. If we have what you are looking for, we will work with you directly for payment and shipment. If not, we may be able to order what you are asking for - please note that this process may take 2-3 weeks for us to contact our vendors.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to the nature of these toys, we do not accept any outright returns on products that have clearly been used. However, in the unlikely event that a product is broken, we will happily exchange it with a brand new replacement, free of charge!
