I live alone, so noise isn’t a huge concern for me, but I still appreciate that it’s pretty quiet. It’s waterproof too, which makes cleanup easy. It does use batteries, but the cap closes really tightly and I haven’t had any issues with water getting in when I rinse it in the shower. Took off one star just because I personally prefer rechargeable toys.
