At BlissfulCherry, your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, we’re here to help. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for purchases made through our website.

By placing an order with BlissfulCherry, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


2. Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, subject to the conditions below.

2.1 Return Window

All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this window may not be accepted.

2.2 Product Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In new, unused condition
  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • Returned in original or equivalent packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt)

Items showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, washing, or alteration are not eligible for return.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
  • Gift cards or store credit
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Products with broken hygiene seals

3. Return Shipping

Returns must be sent back by mail.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for purchasing their own return shipping label unless the return is due to:

  • A defective product
  • A damaged item
  • An incorrect item shipped by us

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as BlissfulCherry is not responsible for lost return shipments.

We do not charge restocking fees.


4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the issue if the item is defective or damaged

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return mailing address.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.


5. Refunds

5.1 Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

5.2 Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Return shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable.

5.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if returned items are not received in their original condition.


6. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items.

Exchanges may be requested for:

  • Different sizes
  • Different colors
  • Different items of equal value

Exchange requests must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns, including the 30-day window and new-condition requirement.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If a replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the customer must pay the price difference. If exchanging for a lower-priced item, the difference may be refunded.

Final Sale and Clearance items are not eligible for exchange.


7. Sale & Clearance Items

All items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are sold as-is and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange except where required by law or in cases involving confirmed defects or fulfillment errors.


8. International Orders

We accept international returns and exchanges subject to the same eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.

International customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Customs duties
  • Taxes
  • Import fees related to the return shipment

Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency. BlissfulCherry is not responsible for currency conversion fluctuations or bank fees.


9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected].

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

For verified issues caused by our error, we will provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.


10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the expected processing period:

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider
